Palo Alto Networks is an industry leader in enterprise cybersecurity. They called on us to produce the packaging for Okyo, their first foray into consumer products. Okyo is a mesh-enabled router that secures all home devices from malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks. It’s a heavy device with a white surface that could easily be scratched during shipping without secure packaging. Our Fremont, CA team developed an environmentally-friendly packaging concept involving stacked corrugate that provided the same level of protection as a foam insert. The result was aesthetically pleasing and sturdy enough for direct-to-consumer shipping, ensuring that Okyo would arrive at customer’s homes looking great.

Stephen Gould was tasked with redesigning the manufacturers award given at the annual Nascar speedway, an illustrious award given to the maker of the car who wins any NASCAR race event. Our industrial design team created numerous renderings to land on a 30lb all-glass trophy, laser-engraved with a stock car silhouette etched into the middle. It’s a truly unique interpretation of this award and celebrates the exceptional quality and workmanship of major car manufacturers such as Toyota, Chevrolet, and Ford.

We created a luxury, incase sunglass display for Tom Ford at Neiman Marcus, where our expertise ensured top-tier design and manufacturing across a thousand units. Our team worked closely with the client to use Macassar wood, a material specific to the Tom Ford brand, and incorporated it into the display to create an elevated customer experience.

Sandler offers a full suite of results-driven training solutions to support sales, management, and leadership teams across the country. We created the structural design and interior components for a sales training kit that would equip franchisees around the world called “Sell More, Sell Everything.” The process also included rapid prototyping and kit assembly for the client.

Our client PUIG asked the New York City office to bring a large robot to life as part of their holiday display this year. We wanted the display to feel multi-dimensional and celebratory, so we incorporated materials like silver and gold mirrored mylar to achieve a sparkling effect. The entire display was built so that it could ship flat, and we managed the installation across 85 locations.
